Messahel highlights in Doha Algeria's efforts to consolidate the rule of law
DOHA (Qatar)- Deputy Minister for Maghreb and African Affairs Abdelkader Messahel, highlighted in Doha (Qatar) efforts made by Algeria to the consolidation of the rule of law based on the promotion of human rights, political pluralism and freedom of speech. "after restoring its constitutional institutions and carrying out a policy of national reconciliation, Algeria has embarked on the consolidation of the rule of law based on the promotion of human rights, political pluralism and freedom speech," Messahel said in his speech at the opening Wednesday of the 7th Forum of the Future hled in the Qatari capital. Messahel said "these are major areas that will allow the society fully and freely their use right to expression and to be an actor in deepening reforms." In this context, he added that the society attached high "priority" in setting up the framework and instruments of participatory and inclusive approach underpinned by a vision of complementarity between the state, the economic public and private sector and civil society.
