Let's mobilize to protect youths against manipulation attempts, says sports minister

CONSTANTINE (Algeria)- Minister of Youths and Sports Hachemi Djiar called, Friday from Constantine (431-km east of Algiers), for the mobilization of all to protect young people against any "attempt of manipulation." The minister, who is on a working visit to the eastern visit, pointed out that the young people who were involved in acts of violence in several regions of the country "should not be, once again, mislead as it was the case during the dark decade." Dubbing them "innocents" as raised in a period during which the country witnessed blood and tears, Djiar said that these young people should be advised and helped by everyone, especially by their families, stressing the importance "to learn from the history of the country."
